RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We want you to love our products as much as we do, however if you are not 100% satisfied we would be happy to issue you with a store credit for any returned merchandise. Refunds/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
To initiate a store credit, contact one of our friendly team members via email and we can organise the return of the product. Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the credit and you will be notified via email.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores where we can arrange this for you.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our policy at any time without notification.
SHIPPINGS
We ship both domestically and internationally! Because we want you to have your goods in hand as soon as possible, we will endeavour to process your order within 1-2 business days. Australia Post estimates (but does not guarantee) delivery within 2-8 business days. If you require priority shipping, please select Express Post on check out.
International shipping will take longer and incur additional shipping fees.
